We value your satisfaction at MITHRA JEWELLERY and aim to provide a smooth and transparent return experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Return Window

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

We will accept return only for damaged/defective items.

An unboxing video is mandatory (from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the item and any issue).

You must have the order confirmation or proof of purchase.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at mithrajewelleryy@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp: +91 7548846880 within 3 days of delivery. Once approved, you’ll be provided with the return instructions.

❗ Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

A fixed return shipping fee of ₹100 is charged and must be paid by the customer.

Shipping labels and return instructions will be provided after your return is approved.

Return address will be shared once your return is accepted.


Damaged / Wrong Item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


Exchanges

We only allow exchanges for:

Wrong product received

Damaged items

All exchange requests must include an unboxing video and be submitted within 3 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

Items without an unboxing video

Products reported after the 3-day return period

Sale items, custom orders, or items marked “non-returnable”

Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer

Color/Quality issue reasons.


Refunds

If your return is approved:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (or to your bank account for COD orders).

Please allow 8 to 15 business days for the refund to reflect.

You will be notified once the refund has been processed.

Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations once the order is placed.
